We offer two styles of cheese presses: old Dutch lever style (single, double or triple) and air presses (available by special order). Both types of presses use constant pressure to achieve consistent weight application.

Dutch Lever Style:
We develop the constant pressure by the weight/lever & fulcrum method. The old-style Dutch presses were the influence for our unique version of this press that utilizes a precise weight to obtain applied pressure to the mold. As the cheese reduces in size during whey extraction, the lever follows the cheese, making for constant weight application. Our Dutch lever presses are made of finely sanded, solid maple wood dowel construction for long life and durability. All presses come assembled with complete instructions.

Air Cheese Press:
These presses are stainless steel and aluminum construction. They utilize constant air pressure for a very precise pressing of the cheese. Air presses include one assembled press with air fittings, valve, one air regulator, an accumulator and complete set of instructions. Please note, air supply NOT included. A minimum ½ hp compressor required. 1.2 CFM recommended.

Standard pressed cheese molds with flat lid and flat bottom. Requires the use of cheesecloth.
