ABOUT OUR MILK

Our milk is NOT pasteurized. Please click on the links provided to read more about raw milk and the risks of drinking raw milk. Other links are available that will explain the REAL health benefits of drinking raw milk. Our milk is handled in an environment compliant with Grade A Dairy rules, regulations and guidelines. Because our milk is NOT pasteurized, it will not spoil and become ill smelling like pasteurized milk, but rather, will sour. Kept properly refrigerated, our milk will be fresh-tasting for at least a week.

We offer pasteurization on request only.
